Introduction to isometric exercises
Whether your goal is simply to stay physically fit, it makes sense to decide on the second stage. In the future you may just use some part of the exercises on a daily bases at your own discretion.
Whether your goal is to improve overall body condition, develop agility, strength, and plasticity, it makes sense for you to go further mastering the course, to engage yourself in the initial work with the organism’s energy. In such case you will be required to master the subsequent stages. Mastering each of the stages will take you about two weeks. While the organism’s energy is gradually getting better, the second stage exercises will be giving you qualitatively different results.
